  • Hourly rate range, depending upon project scope and required skill level.
  • Monthly retainer agreements, offering up to a 15% discount off the base hourly rate, depending upon the number of contracted hours.

Terms and Conditions

  • Fully executed Service Agreement required prior to commencing work.
  • Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments. Your invoice will detail the time increments, along with any additional expenses incurred. Any substantial changes to original quote will be discussed with you in advance.
  • Monthly retainer fees will be charged on the first day of every month.
  • There are no refunds or credits on unused retainer hours. Any additional hours incurred beyond the retainer agreement will be charged a rate of $40 per hour.
  • Additional expenses such as postage, printing, courier services, long-distance transmissions, special project materials, etc. will be added to the final bill.
  • Rush/priority assignments will be subject to a surcharge.
  • Projects requiring substantial expenditures will require a 50% advance deposit of the estimated quote.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  • A $35 fee will be incurred for all returned checks.
